Integrity is the watchword. Connection is the work.
The Political Integrity Network is a small, growing nonprofit working to make civic life easier to navigate. We connect people with information, community resources, and the public offices that represent them, and we help those conversations happen openly and candidly.
Why PIN exists
Healthy civic life depends on a few plain things: being able to understand what government is actually doing, finding help when you need it, and communicating openly with the people elected to serve you. Those things are harder than they should be. Information is scattered, records are dense, and reaching an office can feel like shouting into a void.
PIN brings those pieces into one calm place: so understanding what Congress does, knowing who represents you, asking for help, and being heard are all within reach of an ordinary afternoon.
Who PIN connects
PIN is a civic network with three sides, and the work is connecting them.
- PeopleUnderstand the record, find help, and speak with your representatives.
- Public officesHear from constituents, share updates, and route people to real help.
- Community organizationsBe found by the neighbors and offices who need what you do.
What integrity means here
Integrity isn't a slogan on the wall. It's a set of operating rules we hold ourselves to.
We tell you what we know: and what we don't.
When something isn't established, we say “not yet” rather than guessing. An ungraded bill is not yet graded: never quietly scored as failing.
We never fake delivery.
If your representative's office hasn't joined PIN, we tell you plainly and hold your message: we never pretend it was delivered when it wasn't.
We separate fact from opinion.
Legislative facts, votes, and grades of a bill's text are kept distinct from anyone's opinion about them.
Party is information, not instruction.
We show party, chamber, state, and district as facts. We don't rank politicians or tell you whom to support.
We show our sources.
Bills from Congress.gov, votes from the House Clerk and Senate, nonprofits verified against the IRS registry: the record is public and linked.
We help you participate: not conclude.
Our tools are built to help you understand and act, not to hand you a political verdict.
Nonpartisan by construction
PIN provides civic information and infrastructure. It does not exist to support or oppose any candidate or party. Our tools run on neutral rules rather than political affiliation: a bill is graded only on what its text does: its powers, costs, who it benefits, and whether it has honest enforcement, never on its sponsor or party, and the same rubric is applied to every measure. The full method is public on the Quiet Ledger page.
Where we are today
PIN is young. We're a small organization building carefully, and we'd rather earn trust through clarity, quality, and usefulness than through inflated claims. PIN is currently self-funded. As the organization grows, we may pursue charitable fundraising to support and expand our work.
We're not soliciting donations today, and we don't sell your data or run ads.
Use PIN
The best way to understand PIN is to use it. Start wherever you are.
